This project involves the demolition and removal of several historic residential buildings (Buildings #2, 3, 4, 5, 13 & 14) at the Manchester VA Medical Center as part of broader site improvement efforts aimed at enhancing patient care and site traversal. The scope of work includes not only the demolition of building structures but also the removal of hazardous materials, site utilities, some pavement, and specific landscaping items. The project also requires the relocation of a Hazardous Waste Conex Box and the upgrading of electrical provisions.
