Diversified Site Services completed the Montrose Campus Building 19 Fire Department Building renovation project. Our team skillfully executed the demolition of interior drywall and ceiling systems, followed by the construction of new drywall partition systems and acoustical ceiling systems. We also conducted comprehensive upgrades to the electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, ensuring efficient relocations, installations, and modifications. The entire roof was completely ripped and abated so that a new EDPM roof could be installed. Additionally, we completed the necessary relocations, upgrades, testing, and recertification of the fire alarm system and sprinklers. Throughout the project, we prioritized safety, adhered to VA specifications and regulations, and minimized disruptions to the facility's operations.
