Our recent project involved extensive asphalt repairs and upgrades across multiple areas, notably Parking Lots #3, #5, and eight other identified locations, enhancing the overall accessibility and safety of the premises. The comprehensive scope included the removal and replacement of concrete parking blocks, milling, and resurfacing of the asphalt to ensure proper drainage, and the strategic reinstallation of lighting and signage to meet current standards. Additionally, the project encompassed reseeding disturbed areas and ensuring all surfaces were prepared and finished according to high-quality standards. Our team successfully coordinated these improvements, emphasizing environmental responsibility by disposing of all excess materials offsite, all while minimizing disruption to the daily operations of the facilities involved. This project not only improved the aesthetic appeal and functionality of the parking areas but also significantly boosted the site's safety and accessibility.
