Diversified Site Services is pleased to announce that we have partnered with All State Construction as our subcontractor for the esteemed task of replacing steam traps at the West Haven and Newington Connecticut campuses. With the invaluable expertise of Allstate Construction complementing our own, we will work diligently to execute the recommended repairs outlined in the comprehensive 2020 steam trap survey reports for each campus. Our collaborative team will address a total of 322 traps, valves, and fittings at the West Haven Campus, along with 190 at the Newington Campus. While a separate renovation contract covers the radiator components on the sixth floor of building 2 in West Haven, we are fully committed to replacing the various types of traps listed in the survey, including thermostatic, float and thermostatic, orifice, inverted bucket, and bimetallic traps. Together, with the combined expertise and dedication of Diversified Site Services and Allstate Construction, we aim to optimize the functionality and reliability of the steam systems at both campuses, ensuring their long-term success.
